Privacy policy
The plain-English version.
Before anything else: this page is a plain-English summary of how we handle your data, written by the team that builds the product. It has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. If anything here ever conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement wins.

1
What we collect
Your account details (name, email, phone), the content you put on your site, and basic usage data — what screens get used — so the product works and we can improve it.
-
2
What we never do
We don't sell your data or your customers' data to anyone, for any reason. It isn't the business model.
-
3
Who sees it
Your own team, and Deep Development & Design staff who need it to support the account. It's never shared with other businesses on the platform.
-
4
Your customers' data
Enquiries, orders and reviews your customers submit through the site belong to your business. We store them so your inbox works, and to run the reviews and reporting features.
-
5
Payment details
We don't store card numbers ourselves. Right now we don't take a card at all — the first month is invoiced by hand. Once card billing is turned on, a payment processor handles it, not us.
-
6
Cookies and analytics
Standard, basic analytics to see how the site is used. Nothing that follows you around other sites once you leave.
-
7
Deleting your data
Cancel and ask, and we'll delete your account data within a reasonable time — aside from what we're required to keep for billing records.
Ask us directly.
Anything on this page unclear, or want your data deleted — email or call and we'll handle it.
