Terms of service
The plain-English version.
Before anything else: this page is a plain-English summary of our terms, written by the team that builds the product. It has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. If anything here ever conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement wins.

1
Who you're agreeing with
Deep Current is built and run by Deep Development & Design LLC, based in Pennsylvania. When you sign up, you're agreeing with us.
-
2
What you're paying for
Whichever plan you pick — Site, Site + Found, Everything, or a done-for-you plan — billed monthly, starting from the plan you chose at signup.
-
3
Month to month, no contract
Cancel any time with a month's notice. You're billed through the end of that month, and then it stops. No early-termination fee, no fine print about a locked-in term.
-
4
Your content and your domain are yours
The pages, photos and copy on the site belong to the business, not to us. If you ever leave, you take the site and its domain with you.
-
5
The AI allowance, honestly
Every plan includes a monthly allowance for AI-driven changes to the site and its marketing. Go over it and you're billed a small amount for the extra — you're warned first, and you're never cut off mid-month.
-
6
No promises about rankings
We measure and report where the business stands in search and with AI assistants. We don't promise a specific ranking, position, or number of leads — nobody controls that completely, and we won't pretend otherwise.
-
7
What can get an account suspended
Illegal content, using the platform to abuse or spam other people, or non-payment after we've reached out about it. Outside of that, the account is yours to run as you like.

If these terms change
We'll tell you by email before anything meaningful changes — not silently update this page and hope you notice.

Anything on this page unclear, email or call and we'll walk through it with you.
